Digital Web Designer

Sincere seeking a Digital Web Designer to collaborate on cutting‑edge AI model training. Your design expertise will shape how AI systems interpret, generate and evaluate interface, layout, visual and user experience assets.

As a designer you will assess AI outputs, provide detailed feedback and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability and creative quality.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position
• Select projects you want to work on

• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Payment is made via Pay Pal. Only applicants residing in the United States will be considered. This is an independent contract position.
