San Francisco, CA. Salary: $114,000 - $167,000 (base).

Please note we are looking for someone who is willing and able to work in our San Francisco office on a hybrid basis (3 days/week).

As a Product Manager on the Orchestration Platform group, you will work across key horizontal initiatives that power the backbone of Zip. You will drive development across notifications, localization, APIs, the admin console, and self‑service onboarding – partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact platform capabilities.

• Support multiple Platform initiatives, including Notifications, Localization, Open API, self‑service onboarding through admin console, UX for managing sandbox environments, promotion workflows, etc.
• Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to define requirements, provide product direction, make tradeoffs, and deliver high‑quality platform capabilities and UX.
• Conduct structured product discovery, including stakeholder interviews, competitive research, data analysis, and usability reviews.
• Test, validate, and measure the success of platform improvements using well‑defined metrics and feedback from early adopters.

• 2-4+ years of product management and 4-8+ years of overall professional experience; experience working with SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured components and develop clear recommendations.
• Strong technical foundation; comfortable with APIs, data models, and admin UX for complex, wide‑ranging configurations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, articulate insights, and make data‑informed recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.
