OverviewParadox is building a new category of learning: an Operating System for Greatness that fuses neuroscience, design, AI and behavioral transformation. The Learning Experience Designer will create cinematic, data‑driven learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human, and will own the full learning system from architecture to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own the learning system architecture and design the journey from concept to launch.
- Script engaging learning experiences that align with transformation objectives.
- Develop AI‑powered coaching loops, personalization agents and adaptive cycles.
- Set KPIs for transformation (not just completion), analyze data, iterate and improve content and flows.
- Collaborate with experts to co‑craft courses and create educational assets such as modules, assessments, prompts and multimedia content.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and incorporate feedback to refine experiences.
- Maintain high aesthetic and editorial standards for all course materials.
- 3–6 years of experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).
- Successfully shipped a major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable impact.
- Proficiency with AI tools and Figma.
- Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
- Strong writing, editorial, and aesthetic skills.
- Critical thinker who can translate vague problems into clear, data‑driven hypotheses.
- Passion for transformation and a bias for outcomes.
