• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or similar roles, preferably in tech or ecommerce
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for analysis and modeling
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting complex product behaviors through data
• Strong communication skills to convey complex analyses and inspire action
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver actionable recommendations

• Experience in B2B2C businesses or building data infrastructure
• Previous work on product growth and retention strategies
• Familiarity with AI-driven consumer-facing products
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset
