Job DescriptionAs Salesforce Project Manager, you will serve as the North America lead for Salesforce transformation initiatives and enablement. This role bridges hands‑on Salesforce system knowledge with growing responsibilities in IT project coordination and business process enhancement. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, IT, and Global CRM stakeholders) to ensure Salesforce evolves in line with business needs while supporting a roadmap of strategic initiatives.
ITProject & Process Management
- Coordinate and support Salesforce transformation projects, including business process definition, improvement plans, app integrations, and data cleanup efforts.
- Serve as project liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (internal and external), ensuring user requirements are translated into functional outcomes.
- Maintain task tracking (e.g., JIRA, Service Now, Smartsheet) for Salesforce‑related projects and enhancements.
- Support testing and UAT activities for major releases and business requests.
- Participate in North America CRM governance and help shape platform strategy.
- Provide functional support for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) for North America users.
- Assist in incident resolution, troubleshoot system issues, and work with global teams or external vendors when escalation is required.
- Support system configuration, validation rules, flows, user roles, and profiles.
- Train new users and drive enablement through documentation and knowledge‑sharing.
- Collaborate with IT and Sales Ops to ensure Salesforce integrates cleanly with key platforms (e.g., SAP, Marketing Cloud, and support tools).
- Maintain data quality standards and lead key data initiatives like account ownership cleanup and opportunity hygiene.
Limited; occasional travel may be needed for onboarding or cross‑functional workshops.
Qualifications Experience- 5+ years in a Salesforce specialist and Project Management role.
- Prior experience leading projects, contributing to business systems projects, and user support.
- Exposure to IT project life cycles (Agile or Waterfall), preferably in a cross‑functional environment.
- Experience working with North America‑based users in a global company setting.
- Strong communicator able to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Understanding of basic project management concepts (road map, planning, workshops, UAT testing, deployment to different sandboxes & coordination).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred);
Service Cloud & App Builder (preferred). - SOQL, Lightning interface familiarity; basic Apex understanding is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work independently and in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
