• Drive the implementation of SAP S/4 for Finance and Controlling processes, including project planning and end‑user support
• Collaborate on a comprehensive roadmap for migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4
• Gather and document business requirements for SAP Finance and Controlling, translating them into technical specifications
• Analyze legacy ERP data to address data quality issues and define migration strategies
• Execute testing and quality assurance plans to ensure the reliability of SAP S/4 implementations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in IT with a focus on FICO functions and hands‑on SAP S/4 experience
• In‑depth knowledge of Finance processes within SAP, including General Ledger and Controlling
• Proven experience in SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and data migration
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve complex financial data integration issues

• Familiarity with legacy ERP systems and experience in migrating to SAP S/4, especially GL migration using cFIN
• Professional certifications such as SAP FI/CO and relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP)
• Experience with Central Finance and integrations with applications like High Radius and Vertex
