DescriptionRole Overview
We are seeking a results‑driven
Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops Engineer
to design, automate, and secure cloud infrastructure across Azure environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in
Infrastructure as Code (IaC),
CI/CD pipelines
, and
security automation
with strong collaboration and agile delivery skills. You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive reliability, scalability, and compliance across our multi‑cloud and hybrid platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure infrastructure.
- Enforce configuration standards and policy-as-code practices.
- Architect and manage scalable, secure Azure environments (AKS, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Managed Identities).
- Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions.
- CI/CD & Automation:
- Build and optimize Jenkins and Git Hub Actions pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments.
- Implement blue/green, canary, and rollback deployment strategies with observability and alerting.
- Dev Sec Ops & Security:
- Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
- Manage secrets, certificates, and key management using secure vault solutions.
- Collaborate with security teams to align infrastructure with FedRAMP/FIPS/ISO/PCI standards.
- Monitoring & Reliability:
- Implement proactive monitoring using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics.
- Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with product and engineering teams in agile ceremonies to plan, deliver, and continuously improve.
- Participate in release management, sprint planning, retrospectives, and post‑incident reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in
Dev Ops, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering
. - Proven expertise in
Azure cloud architecture and automation
. - Hands‑on experience with
Terraform
,
Ansible
,
Helm
, and
Kubernetes
. - Strong understanding of
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, ArgoCD). - Familiarity with
security frameworks
(FedRAMP, FIPS, CIS Benchmarks). - Experience with
container security

image scanning
, and
supply chain security
. - Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Power Shell).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on accountability and delivery.

Thepayrangeforthisopportunityisfrom $101,200 to $136,600 +performance-related bonus+benefits.
