About the RoleWe are seeking a self-driven, highly organized Project Manager to support the CMO (Chief Medical Office) Center of Excellence within a large, mature Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) organization. This role focuses on bringing structure, documentation, and consistency to a diverse analytics portfolio supporting clinician staffing, productivity, forecasting, and operational initiatives. You will work closely with the CMIO, COE leadership, analysts, and data scientists to manage multiple concurrent analytics projects and ensure accurate, transparent reporting across the organization.
This role is fully remote with preference for Eastern or Central time zone candidates.
What You’ll Do- Manage and track multiple analytics projects running in parallel (5–7 at a time).
- Build and maintain detailed project plans in Smartsheet (tasks, sprints, timelines, and documentation).
- Drive meeting cadence, agendas, follow-ups, and communication with minimal supervision.
- Ensure strong documentation practices across the CMO analytics portfolio.
- Provide clear status updates and reporting to leadership on sprint progress, risks, and deadlines.
- Partner with clinicians, business leaders, analysts, data engineers, and data scientists across service lines.
- Control scope, maintain stakeholder alignment, and identify delivery risks early.
- Support enterprise initiatives related to clinician staffing, premium labor reduction, volume forecasting, and more.
- Self-Driven PM with Strong Soft Skills – Takes initiative, solves problems independently, follows through without hand-holding.
- Outstanding Organization & Documentation – Skilled in Smartsheet, documentation consistency, meeting structure, and detailed planning.
- Enterprise-Level Data & Analytics Experience – Background supporting large-scale or enterprise analytics projects; familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, Snowflake; healthcare experience is a plus.
You will help the organization:
- Bring structure and repeatable processes to the CMO analytics portfolio.
- Improve project visibility and stakeholder communication.
- Support strategic clinician-focused initiatives across multiple service lines.

- Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO)
- VP of CMO
- COE lead and analytics teams (business analysts, data analysts, data scientists)
- Clinical service lines: emergency medicine, hospital medicine, anesthesia, post-acute care
- EDA leadership and enterprise IT partners
- Work within a mature Enterprise Data Analytics organization with clearly defined COEs.
- Own the entire CMO COE project portfolio (one PM per COE model).
- Partner with analytics-savvy leadership who value autonomy and strong PM best practices.
- Chance to elevate standards for documentation, reporting, and delivery practices.
