The Business Enablement Application and Delivery (BEAD) team at Premise Health implements and supports a variety of non-clinical applications for the company and its subsidiaries. Our team partners with various departments including Sales, Operations, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Credentialing to source, configure and support the applications that they need to fulfill their role. The team also creates and supports the processes that integrates data between many of these applications.

This position will be part of the team that is responsible for the implementation, development, and support of Service Now and related applications. Within Service Now, this team utilizes a variety of products including, but not limited to, ITSM, APM, SPM, ITOM and App Engine.

This is a Full Time, remote,
Business Applications Analyst role.

• Assist with the configuration, administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform.
• Support end-users by answering questions about the application and troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for service requests and applications in Service Now.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points and business needs.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Service Now.
• Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to design, configure and implement and/or integrate applications within Service Now.
• Participate in peer testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Assist and contribute to the development of communication, training and presentation materials.
• Ensure Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
• Stay updated on Service Now best practices and industry trends.
• Other tasks, as needed by the company.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred:
  Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or the ability to achieve within first 90 days
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 1 – 2 years System Administration experience.
• Experience and familiarity with Service Now (preferred).
• Previous exposure and/or participation with large scale projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL framework.
• Prior experience documenting policies, procedures and standards.
• Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.
• Knowledge of the Service Now platform preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Visio.
• Familiarity with lean and agile principles are considered a plus.
• Ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and test cases.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and balance tasks/requests.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Able to work autonomously, be accountable, and take initiative.
