SEO Manager; Remote
Experience Required:
Minimum 4–6+ years in end-to-end SEO strategy and implementation
Radar Hire is seeking a self-sufficient, results‑driven SEO Manager to lead and execute complete SEO campaigns from start to finish—without the need for a supporting team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and has experience managing the full SEO lifecycle across strategy, technical audits, on‑page optimization, content recommendations, and performance reporting.
You’ll be expected to take ownership of multiple SEO campaigns for client and internal projects, implementing best practices across a variety of industries and content types. You’ll use your experience and toolset to deliver measurable results—driving organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and increasing visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle SEO campaigns independently—from strategy to execution
- Perform detailed keyword research, technical site audits, and competitor analysis
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and page speed
- Identify and resolve crawl issues, indexation errors, and content gaps
- Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with content creators when needed
- Set up, monitor, and report on SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, etc.
- Execute link‑building strategies and track off‑page SEO performance
- Maintain SEO documentation, campaign roadmaps, and weekly/monthly reports
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure continued performance
- 4–6+ years of independent SEO campaign management experience
- Proven track record of driving organic growth across multiple websites or client accounts
- Proficiency with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
- Ability to implement technical SEO recommendations without relying on a dev team
- Strong understanding of HTML, structured data, redirects, and site architecture
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms like Webflow, Word Press, or Shopify
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience managing SEO for local businesses, including GMB and local citation tools (e.g., Yext)
- Familiarity with CRO, UX, and how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing
- Experience working with small businesses or start‑ups where wearing multiple hats is expected
- Ability to produce and optimize content directly in the CMS
