** Role Summary
** Manage and optimize the company’s website, SEO strategy, analytics, and digital tools to ensure performance, compliance, and user experience.
** Core Responsibilities**
* ** Website & CMS:
** Oversee Word Press updates, multilingual content (English/Spanish), mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO compliance. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain site hygiene.
* ** SEO:
** Lead technical and on-page SEO, keyword research, and performance monitoring. Support paid search pilots.
* ** Analytics:
** Manage dashboards (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Databox), produce reports, and provide insights for campaigns and A/B tests.
* ** Digital Tools:
** Maintain Word Press, WP Engine, Popl, and tracking systems; ensure HITRUST/HIPAA compliance.
* ** Content Publishing:
** Optimize and publish web content for SEO and UX; oversee Spanish localization.

* Collaboration:

** Work with IT, Product, Growth, and Communications on integrations, campaigns, and technical workflows.
** Qualifications
* ** 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or SEO.
* Advanced Word Press and technical SEO expertise.
* Strong analytics, communication, and project management skills.
* Familiarity with accessibility and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.
