Job Description
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist (B2B) to join our Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role will support and execute the campaigns, programs, and digital initiatives that fuel Noggin Guru’s B2B pipeline growth across our banking and business operations markets.
You’ll help build and run the engine that generates SQLs, accelerates pipeline, and contributes meaningfully to revenue. This includes email and nurture programs, targeted account campaigns, paid and organic social support, paid search, landing pages, and sales enablement execution.
This is an ideal role for a scrappy marketer with around 3–5 years of experience who is eager to take direction, execute with confidence, and grow in the B2B demand generation function. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Marketing team, Sales, and Product Management to execute high-impact campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns to support new logo acquisition and customer engagement (e.g., email, social, website, events, paid)
- Update landing pages, forms, and basic CMS content for campaigns
- Support paid search and paid/organic social campaigns
- Draft marketing copy for multiple channels and create visuals in Canva
- Coordinate campaign details and follow-up needs with Sales.
- Monitor inbound leads, ensure smooth routing, and track follow-up status in partnership with Rev Ops and Sales
- Support audience segmentation and list building for targeted campaigns
- Partner with Rev Ops to pull and analyze performance data and share insights on what’s working (and what’s not)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external partners to align messaging and audience needs
- Learn new tools and approaches; stay curious, adaptable, and proactive
- 3‑5 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
- Hands‑on execution of email campaigns, nurture workflows, or sequences
- Experience with paid search and/or paid social (ownership or strong support)
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Marketing automation platform experience (Pardot, Marketo, Hub Spot, or similar)
- Campaign copywriting or content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and pivot strategy accordingly
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Experience in regulated industries or continuing education is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude)

This role is open to remote candidates; however, we have a preference for candidates based in the Raleigh–Durham–Cary, NC area. We maintain office space in downtown Cary and offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement for local team members who want to collaborate in person.
