Recruitment Consultant – Microsoft Cloud & ERP

Talent is expanding across the United States, and we’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to grow and lead our Microsoft ERP & Cloud practice. This is a true 360° role with the opportunity to build a high-performing book of business in one of the fastest-growing technology markets.

About the Role

You will focus on developing Talent’s presence in the Microsoft Cloud/ERP space across the US. This includes:

• Building and scaling a Microsoft/Cloud recruitment practice
• Developing Talent’s brand and market footprint across the US
• Owning a 360° desk across contract, freelance & permanent hiring
• Strategic business development and client acquisition
• Expanding relationships within existing profitable accounts
• Representing Talent’s global service offerings and identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Working closely with the Practice Lead & CEO on market positioning
• Collaborating with a highly experienced, high-performing team

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years recruitment experience (agency or consulting)
• Strong client development skills and a highly commercial mindset
• A fearless, energetic, and passionate approach to sales
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• A strong network within tech/ERP/cloud recruitment (advantage)
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally
