• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Generally, 5+ years of experience in ad operations or revenue operations, preferably in streaming/CTV
• Advanced knowledge of ad serving platforms, particularly Free Wheel
• Strong data analytical skills and ability to diagnose technical delivery issues
• Proven revenue optimization results with a focus on process improvement

• Experience with complex inventory structures and programmatic advertising
• Excellent executive presentation skills for leadership reporting
• Ability to present technical communications effectively
• Possess a process automation mindset and implementation experience
• Proven effectiveness in cross‑functional collaboration
