• Convert global and regionalized phishing and social engineering threats into effective training content
• Own and curate the phishing and social engineering content portfolio, ensuring it meets product requirements
• Accelerate the expansion of the global phishing content library and perform trend analysis for reporting
• Collaborate with the Principal Researcher to achieve unified Security Awareness and Human Risk Management outcomes
• Translate technical cybersecurity research into actionable learning scenarios for nontechnical users

• Experience analyzing, tracking, and defending against phishing attacks
• Proven organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Experience managing a phishing simulation service and reporting results
• Social engineering experience, including coursework, training, or certifications

• Experience with Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and insider threat analysis
• Background in User Entity Behavior Analytical (UEBA) methodologies
• Experience in creating content and messaging for educational purposes
• eLearning design and development experience
