What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with business vertical leaders to align platform capabilities with strategic goals
  • Oversee the development and evolution of clinical and platform services, including user management and security
  • Collaborate with technology leadership to ensure a modular and scalable platform architecture
  • Manage product delivery in an agile environment, balancing speed, quality, and compliance
  • Coach and develop a team of product managers to foster high performance and accountability
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of product management experience in health tech or regulated enterprise software
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-domain product portfolios
  • Expertise in user security, compliance, and audit logging within regulated industries
  • Strong technical acumen with experience influencing technical architecture decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred

  • Experience with EMR solutions for the senior living and long-term care market segments
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks while balancing compliance with innovation
