• Lead and support the delivery of client services, ensuring high‑quality outcomes
• Coordinate project staffing and oversee initiatives for public sector clients
• Develop and deliver written project deliverables to address strategic IT issues
• Facilitate client sessions, demonstrating professionalism and industry expertise
• Maintain knowledge of local government IT topics and trends to advise clients effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or public administration
• Five or more years of experience in city or county government technology departments or public sector consulting
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing projects effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues
• Proficiency in using the MS Office suite for documentation and presentations

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP or CAPM)
• Leadership experience in city or county government technology departments
• Certified Government CIO (CGCIO) certification
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and prior consulting experience in the public sector
