• This role will be remote initially. Once our Durham office is established, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence 2–3 days per week.

• Design and implement cloud-native software used by top-tier financial institutions.
• Work across the stack — from front-end UX to back-end services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers, compliance experts, and clients to solve high-impact problems.
• Apply AI and automation thoughtfully, always keeping human context in the loop.
• Engage in continuous learning — about new tech, financial markets, and emerging regulatory challenges.
