• Analyze historical and predictive parcel data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements
• Conduct detailed audits and carrier optimization modeling to enhance efficiency

• Track and report on key parcel performance indicators to ensure service reliability
• Identify process gaps and propose best practices for operational improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Mathematics, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of SQL experience with proficiency in query development
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Expertise in parcel reporting and understanding of carrier pricing structures

• Experience developing or evaluating RFP responses for large shippers
• Knowledge of transportation systems or similar parcel analytics platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex parcel datasets
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective presentations
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
