The Clinical Data Analyst will work on projects in the biotechnology and life sciences domains, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The role involves collaborating closely with functional teams to gather requirements, analyze potential solutions, and design technical specifications that meet client needs. The analyst will contribute to the full project lifecycle, including technical design, testing, code validation, deployment, and ongoing system updates.
This position also requires coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensuring data and system environments are up to date. Occasional travel to client sites within the US may be required.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Investigate multiple approaches to design optimal solutions for client use cases.
- Create Technical Design Documents (TDDs) based on client requirements in biotechnology and life sciences.
- Design information systems solutions aligned with project specifications.
- Support all phases of testing, including developing test classes and validating code deployment activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Refresh sandboxes to ensure system changes are up to date with production environments.
- Occasionally travel to unanticipated client-site locations in the US as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Science, IT, or Biotechnology.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in clinical data analysis or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and solution design.
- Familiarity with system testing, code validation, and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in clinical data management tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across multiple teams.
- Experience in maintaining data environments and supporting production-ready deployments.
