• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience supporting LLM pipelines or retrieval‑augmented generation workflows using healthcare data
• Ability to bridge business objectives and platform capabilities in environments requiring data standardization

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on problem‑solving
• Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and applicable data standards
• Familiarity with software development environments and basic coding or scripting languages
• Experience with clinical datasets for accurate patient record linkage and interoperability
• Proficient in SQL with experience querying large healthcare datasets
