• Contribute to the design and deployment of complex business processes using Flow and other declarative tools
• Configure and maintain all aspects of the security and sharing models, implementing data quality strategies
• Serve as the subject matter expert for standard functionality and optimize system performance
• Act as a key contributor to the Architecture Review Committee, assessing feasibility of proposed solutions
• Document configuration changes and manage the release process to ensure system stability

• 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator on an enterprise-scale platform
• High proficiency in designing and implementing complex automations using Salesforce Flow
• Deep practical knowledge of security and sharing models and their impact on data access
• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, including change sets or CI/CD tools like Gearset
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required);
  Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (highly preferred)

• Experience managing and configuring various Salesforce modules and tools, including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Slack integration, and Data 360
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical solutions and participating in architectural discussions
