What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide third-tier applications support for existing and new applications
- Troubleshoot and test to identify the possible causes of incidents
- Install and maintain banking applications in production, staging, test, and disaster recovery environments
- Escalate inquiries to business partners and third-party vendors to resolve system issues
- Available for 24/7 on-call rotation as needed to support the BaNCS application

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with applications, systems, application development, and support
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong analysis, issue management, and user interface/management skills
- Advanced knowledge of two or more open system applications in a production environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Familiarity with Digital.ai / Dev Ops
- Knowledge of Oracle / Database technologies

- Experience with application monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nimsoft, or App Dynamics
- Understanding of Control-M or application job automation scheduling
