• Track and analyze the B2B marketing funnel to identify performance trends for paid advertising
• Develop or refine multi‑touch attribution models to evaluate channel impact
• Build and maintain projected lifetime value (LTV) models for customer segments
• Create and maintain dashboards for reporting and insights in analytics tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, LTV)
• Proven experience developing or applying projected LTV models for marketing strategies
• Solid SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus

• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
• Proven ability to present insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Prior experience working remotely is considered a plus
