Product Manager Backend

• Define and execute the product roadmap for options backend infrastructure, including order, pricing, and risk systems.
• Translate trading needs into detailed technical requirements for options backend and infrastructure teams.
• Drive system performance improvements in latency, throughput, and fault tolerance through data-driven iteration.
• Collaborate with the frontend PMs, engineering, quant, and trading ops to deliver robust and scalable backend releases.
• Monitor system health and ensure compliance with security, reliability, and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree (tech) in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in options trading / technical product management.
• Strong understanding of options trading mechanics, risk engines, and settlement workflows.
• Technical fluency in backend system architecture, APIs, and data flows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams;
  Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
