• Provide advanced technical and operational business system support within the Core Payments division
• Assess business requirements and implement functional specifications for assigned systems
• Ensure developed solutions align with bank objectives through reporting and analysis
• Support payment systems including Domestic and International Wires, as well as Insurance and Merchant Services
• Document existing systems and workflows, including creating various technical documents

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial services industry
• Strong documentation skills, including requirements gathering and writing test cases
• Experience with wire transfers or payment systems (ACH/Real Time)
• Ability to work effectively with third-party vendors
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills

• Previous experience in documenting workflows and system requirements
• Familiarity with service design packages and operational enhancement documents
• Experience driving meetings and facilitating discussions
