• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and conceptual designs in collaboration with stakeholders

• Conduct peer reviews and recommend improvements to software systems and applications
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements and enhancements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience supporting, designing, and/or implementing application changes
• Strong knowledge of business processes and project management methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in software engineering processes and application delivery methodologies

• Master's Degree in a related field
• Familiarity with QNXT and experience with SharePoint and MS Project
