About the OpportunityOur client, a leader in the SaaS/Technology industry, is looking for a skilled
Technical Program Manager
to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves driving cross-functional alignment and end-to-end execution of complex technical and product initiatives.
This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and managing end-to-end project schedules across multiple cross-functional teams, breaking down complex projects into logical work streams.
- Driving programs end-to-end with an outcomes- and results-oriented mindset; taking full ownership of execution and success.
- Anticipating technical and project risks early and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to refine requirements and drive prioritization of initiatives based on business OKRs.
- Communicating high-level system design, solution flows, and status updates clearly and logically to leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
- Leading cross-functional alignment, negotiating priorities across teams, and managing system dependencies across projects.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
- Deep expertise in communication and stakeholder management, including the ability to build strong cross-team relationships and navigate challenging interpersonal situations.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand underlying system architecture (e.g., e-commerce, web, payments) and evaluate/contribute to technical trade-offs. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage your own time effectively, and make informed decisions among competing demands.
- Experience with translating business goals into clear requirements and aligning cross-functional execution based on strategic goals.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to track, report, and monitor deliverables at a detailed and actionable level.
