- Collaborate with customers to understand and meet their clinical needs
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of related experience
- Sufficient educational background and/or experience to perform clinical applications analysis or programming
- IT experience in desktop support, programming, or Epic support
- Ability to gather data and prepare clinical application documentation
- Must be able to adhere to internal controls and reporting structures
- Current Epic certifications or proficiencies in related applications (e.g., Cupid, Orders)
