• Develop and ship user-facing features for web and mobile applications using React, JavaScript, and Typescript
• Solve complex technical challenges related to web-scale applications and blockchain technology
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the product and design life cycles
• Write high-quality, well-tested, and extensible code to ensure robust application performance
• Lead meaningful projects and serve as a subject matter expert within the team

• At least 5 years of experience in developing web and/or mobile applications
• Proven experience in shipping user-facing features with component-based UI frameworks
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and industry standards
• Demonstrated ability to proactively empower and cultivate teammates
• Familiarity with product and design life cycles

• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1 at scale
• Background in growth engineering or similar high-availability financial systems
