• Research existing products and technological solutions to compile requirements and identify missing pieces
• Communicate, gather information, and maintain documentation for clarity and usability
• Integrate, document, and propose product solutions and their components
• Analyze user journeys within B2B and B2C products to optimize engagement and metrics
• Collaborate with multi-cultural and multi-language teams across various time zones

• Passion for crafting user-facing products and running them for a broad audience
• Familiarity with REST APIs and interservice communication principles
• Ability to communicate thoughts clearly in English, both verbally and in written formats
• Experience in analyzing engagement and product metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn rate, etc.)
• Leadership skills with a willingness to mentor others

• Prior gaming experience is highly desirable
• Strong research skills to build comprehensive product insights
• Excellent team collaboration skills with minimal communication barriers
