About the role
We’re looking for a  Frontend-Heavy Full Stack Developer (React + Word Press)  to take ownership of Smart Working’s digital presence, from maintaining and optimizing our current Word Press (PHP-based) platform to helping shape the next‑generation marketing website using modern frameworks like React and Next.js.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to build fast, scalable, and high‑performing web experiences that drive lead generation, brand storytelling, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who writes clean, efficient code in React, JavaScript, and PHP, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Smart Working’s marketing website, ensuring performance, scalability, and SEO best practices.

Develop new landing pages and microsites to support campaigns, content, and growth initiatives.

Build pixel‑perfect, responsive frontends using React, Next.js, Tailwind

CSS, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks.

Maintain and enhance our Word Press (PHP‑based) backend, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations.

Able to understand the current Word Press architecture and convert that into React or Next.js in iteration.

Maintain the current backend Word Press CMS while transforming frontend into React or Next.js.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to translate ideas into seamless digital experiences.

Implement API integrations, analytics, and tracking tools (e.g., Hub Spot, GA4).

Manage version control using Git Hub and participate in code reviews.

Leverage AI‑assisted tools to enhance productivity and efficiency, while remaining fully hands‑on and capable of delivering high‑quality work without AI reliance.

Requirements

6+ years of professional web development experience.

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 or Tailwindcss

Proven experience with Word Press (PHP‑based) — including custom theme and plugin development.

Recent experience working in B2B companies with $20M+ in annual revenue.

Working for 2+ years in your current role.

Solid understanding of CMS architecture, version control (Git/Git Hub), and modern dev workflows.

Experience integrating APIs and tools such as Hub Spot, GA4, or similar.

Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Ability to use AI‑assisted tools for efficiency, while remaining hands‑on and self‑sufficient in coding.

Nice to have

Exposure to motion design, AI‑assisted coding, or Webflow.
