• Collect, define, and document both business and technical requirements for migrating BI reports and applications to Azure cloud
• Utilize strong business acumen to engage stakeholders and document their requirements
• Analyze data profiling, quality reports, and data models, with the ability to read SQL
• Organize tasks, timelines, and delivery schedules, providing weekly status updates on project progress
• Coordinate resource requirements to ensure availability of necessary business and technical staff

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst in a data-centric environment, specifically in reports migration projects with Tableau
• Strong understanding of BI and data analytics
• Ability to read SQL and understand data quality reports and data models
• Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and timelines effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders

• Experience working with Azure cloud technologies and Snowflake
• Familiarity with healthcare data and applications, such as HEDIS and Quality applications
• Previous involvement in large-scale data consolidation projects
