The Supply Chain Analyst will analyze customer, sales, and product data to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and improve reporting accuracy. This role involves collaborating with IT and commercial operations teams to develop scalable cloud-based solutions, streamline backlogs, and prioritize use cases. The analyst will manage offshore teams, act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure timely go-live of reporting and process improvements.
Frequent travel to client locations may be required.
- Analyze customer, sales, and product information to identify reporting gaps and improve accuracy.
- Map workflows, analyze inventory data, and remove unused data to reduce processing time for capacity planning.
- Streamline backlogs, prioritize use cases, and collaborate with software developers to accelerate development cycles.
- Develop scalable cloud-based solutions integrating customer data, enabling 24/7 report availability.
- Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and use cases.
- Manage offshore teams and act as a single point of contact for project execution.
- Ensure timely go-live of reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Travel to unanticipated client locations as required.
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in supply chain analysis or data reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis, workflow mapping, and process optimization.
- Experience collaborating with IT and commercial operations teams.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for data integration and reporting.
- Ability to manage offshore teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
