SAP Project Manager - S​/Hana; K5

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4

HANA Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, timeline, and quality. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of SAP S/4

HANA implementation methodologies and business processes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4

HANA implementation or rollout projects, from planning to go-live and stabilization.

Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication
.

Oversee the work of functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Drive project governance and reporting, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).

Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive presentations.

Coordinate with internal and external partners, vendors, and key business stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of project issues.

Support pre-sales activities
, including proposal development, project estimations, and client presentations when required.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in SAP implementation projects
.

Proven record of managing S/4

HANA end-to-end implementations or complex SAP rollouts.

Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.

Certified in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks
.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (and Spanish if applicable).

SAP S/4

HANA or Solution Manager certification.

Experience managing multi-country or multi-stream programs
.

Strong leadership, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to operate effectively in complex, multicultural environments.

Strategic and results-oriented mindset.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
