• Define and build the "Incentive Primitives" from 0-to-1, partnering with Engineering to create core components for the incentives engine
• Develop and own the vision for the "Incentives Engine," enabling teams to launch high-ROI campaigns quickly
• Collaborate with Data Science to establish analytics and optimization frameworks for all incentives
• Lead integration efforts with risk and compliance systems to ensure security and scalability
• Manage cross-functional teams to execute and scale the incentives infrastructure effectively

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a consumer tech company’s Growth team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on experience in running incentive programs
• Strong systems thinking ability, capable of building scalable solutions
• Direct experience in growth, promotions, or incentives related to rewards and loyalty programs
• Proven analytical skills with experience in developing measurement and A/B testing frameworks

• Passion or experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Strong interest in business impact, including revenue generation and lifetime value optimization
