About the Role

Are you ready for your next real security challenge? Are you passionate about helping organizations stop breaches using a platform that just works? If so, Crowd Strike is seeking a Sales Engineer Manager with significant security expertise. You should be able to articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, and why they are failing. You will lead a team of Enterprise Sales Engineers who are responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a next-generation endpoint technology.

You should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment on multiple engagements.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the security industry.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that support our sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
What You’ll Need:
  • Experienced in endpoint or network security space AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Can easily articulate complex security problems to a set of audiences.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Can work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between Crowd Strike and prospects/customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C‑level executives.
  • Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references.
  • Strong understanding of MEDDIC based sales process and how to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and prospects.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experienced in endpoint or network security space AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
