• Lead yearly, quarterly, and sprint planning sessions across multiple product lines
• Monitor product initiatives across engineering teams to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Proactively escalate blockers and risks, facilitating timely solutions and effective communication with leadership
• Develop and manage detailed project and sprint plans, schedules, and execution timelines
• Track progress, KPIs, and status updates, delivering concise communication to leadership and stakeholders

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Proven success in managing multiple complex product initiatives simultaneously
• Strong experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or SAFe-lite); RTE background is a strong plus
• Expertise in JIRA, eazy
  
  BI, and related PMO tools
• Demonstrated ability to create, track, and report on KPIs and operational metrics

• Familiarity with AI tools and practices in project management is highly desirable
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred
