Technical Systems Analyst – Wakefield, MA

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Systems Analyst to join our team in Wakefield, MA. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in‑person collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial industry, with a solid understanding of regulatory and operational requirements, and experience working with custom Salesforce applications.

As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support business operations, compliance, and client engagement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business goals. Preference for local candidates to work out of our Wakefield, MA office 3 days/week.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant systems.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions.
• Support system integration, data flows, and configuration efforts.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and technical processes.
• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience working with clients in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and integration.
• Familiarity with financial compliance and security standards.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

• Exposure to custom Salesforce applications and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, ITIL, SOC 2, NIST, PCI).
• Experience with mature IT processes such as ITSM, Dev Ops, or Agile.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, and system monitoring platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and API integrations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL) are a plus.

The target hiring range for this role is $75,000 – $95,000 USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job‑related factors.
