DevOps Engineer; Infrastructure SentinelOne IRC

Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dev Ops engineer with a focus on Infrastructure to develop and maintain a cloud infrastructure platform for Sentinel One. Tools/services we use:
Kubernetes (EKS, GKE), Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Artifactory, Github Entrerprise, Self-hosted Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, Open Search, and Click House. Monitoring stack:
Self-hosted Prometheus/Grafana/Thanos.

• 3+ years of Dev Ops distributed experience
• Hands‑on with Git Ops and IAC:
  ArgoCD and/or Flux;
  Terraform/Terragrunt is desired - experience with module development is nice to have
• CI/CD:
  Github Action / Jenkins - experience configuring and maintaining complex pipelines is desired
• Python/Golang knowledge (ability to automate day‑to‑day operations, read and understand the comments, and provide improvement suggestions)
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS/GCP infra knowledge (core services + networking)
• Understanding of SRE principles: SLA/SLO;
  Understanding of Observability;
  Incident response (role includes on‑call)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Operate and maintain distributed infra services – work with deployment manifest, IaC, creating/updating service configurations. Working on vulnerability patching and day‑to‑day operations.
• Unlock complete cloud portability for Sentinel One's services by building a highly automated, self‑service infrastructure that can run seamlessly across AWS, GCP, and air‑gapped on‑prem environments.
• Drive automation using Git Ops principles (ArgoCD, Terraform), reducing operational toil and minimizing pager fatigue.
• Implement standards for observability, HA, backup, and DR of stateful workloads in Kubernetes.
• Partner with Fin Ops and engineering stakeholders to continuously optimize performance, cost, and operational overhead across data platform components.
• Own the end‑to‑end platform experience for mission‑critical systems
