Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is seeking a Data Analyst & Visualization Specialist to join their team on a remote full-time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with the founder and an offshore data engineering team to design scalable reporting models, automate workflows, and deliver impactful insights powered by Big Query, Looker Studio, AI, and automation.
- 📊 Build and maintain scalable data models in Big Query and Looker Studio
- 📈 Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports that drive board-level decisions
- ⚙️ Automate monthly reporting processes and implement data validation logic
- 🤖 Integrate AI and automation into analytics workflows to enhance reporting capabilities
- 🔍 Monitor data accuracy, quality, and timeliness across all reports and dashboards
- 🧪 Proactively suggest and implement improvements to analytics processes
- 🔧 Build and optimize automated data pipelines for streamlined data collection and integration
- 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- 📝 Document insights and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- 🌟 Stay current with the latest tools, methodologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization
- 👩💻 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- 💻 Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (Big Query experience preferred)
- 📊 Hands-on experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools
- ⚡ Strong understanding of data wrangling, pipelines, and visualization best practices
- 🏃 Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
- 🔍 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- 💬 Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- 🤝 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment
- 📂 Familiarity with CRM datasets such as Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce
