- Develop, maintain, and enhance AP reporting dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Build analytical reporting logic using SQL, OTBI, FDI, Power
BI, or similar tools to support business insights - Analyze invoice flow, processing cycle time, and payment accuracy to identify trends and performance gaps
- Lead reporting modernization initiatives, including automation and self-service dashboards
- Serve as the reporting subject matter expert for Accounts Payable, collaborating with IT and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, or Analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and database query languages (OTBI, BI Publisher, Excel, FDI, Power
BI, SQL, DAX, VBA) - Strong understanding of AP workflows and internal controls related to the procure-to-pay process
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) including Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Exceptional communication skills to efficiently summarize complex topics and collaborate with diverse teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
