• Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for the employer’s payments solutions, guiding the lifecycle of payments opportunities
• Partner closely with go-to-market teams to ensure understanding of the capabilities and value of payments products
• Act as a key connector between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to inform product strategy
• Represent the employer as a trusted authority on payments at industry events and advisory sessions
• Synthesize market insights to influence product roadmap decisions

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the payments industry, with a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem
• Technical and business mastery of processes including card vaulting, authorization optimization, and network tokenization
• Direct experience in a merchant payments and fraud role at major enterprises
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to senior business and technical audiences
• Proven success in a Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership role or B2B customer-facing role

• Experience in executive-level consultative selling
• A self-driven leader with a strong ownership mentality
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to stay ahead of market trends
• High-impact presence with credibility at industry keynotes and board-level presentations
