- Own and define the Personal Loans’ end-to-end data narrative to influence strategic growth and decisions with senior leadership
- Design and implement core revenue decomposition models and reporting infrastructure for the Personal Loans business
- Translate complex analytical findings into concise data stories for executive review
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization and growth opportunities
- Build analytical Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to automate pipelines and workflows
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data analysis
- Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate analytical concepts
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Data Science
- Experience in technology, fintech, lending, or two-sided marketplace companies
- Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights at the leadership level
- Experience collaborating effectively with Finance teams and executive stakeholders
