• Identify, design, and launch innovative solutions and features in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams

• Shape the roadmap and ownership of a major product area, driving its success
• Gather customer insights and feedback to continuously improve product offerings
• Champion and embody the company s cultural principles as the organization scales

• Minimum of 5 years in a product management role
• Proven history of successfully launching and scaling innovative products
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science preferred; MS, PhD, or MBA also preferred
• Strong technical understanding to establish credibility with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences

• Experience with AI technologies and data-driven product development
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver features under tight timelines
• Familiarity with customer insights gathered from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Demonstrated bias-to-action with a hands-on approach to delivering business results
