Qlik Developer - Remote

Consult Net is seeking a Senior Qlik Developer to support one of our federal clients by leading business intelligence initiatives and building high-quality Qlik dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate is innovative, highly technical, and comfortable working across the full data lifecycle – from ETL and data architecture to dashboard development and user enablement.

• Lead BI projects and design/develop Qlik dashboards and analytical applications.
• Build strong data models and architect data for high performance.
• Work creatively and independently on complex data solutions.
• Understand the full analytics workflow (ETL → data platform → BI tools).
• Work with large-scale databases (Red Shift, Big Query, Synapse, Teradata, etc.).
• Develop semantic models and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, etc.
• Create clear documentation and user guides.
• Build Qlik dashboards, QVDs, ETL pipelines, and perform set analysis.
• Apply data visualization best practices in front-end development.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and data models.
• Validate data, test dashboards, and support peer reviews.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Use project management tools to track tasks, requirements, enhancements, and bugs.
• Document business processes and follow agile development practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (Python, SQL, Qlik Replicate, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
• Strong background in databases, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops, Agile, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Qlik Mashups, APIs, Vizlib, and Qlik Geo Analytics.
• Experience with web technologies.
• Knowledge of star schema design and data security.
• Qlik Data Architect or Qlik System Administration certification (preferred).
