- Strong technical understanding to establish credibility with engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences
- Experience with AI technologies and data-driven product development
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver features under tight timelines
- Familiarity with customer insights gathered from both quantitative and qualitative data
- Demonstrated bias-to-action with a hands-on approach to delivering business results
