ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
What You Will Be DoingLead and manage delivery for UX/UI design projects by planning sprints, tracking progress, and keeping timelines aligned with product goals. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team capacity, and ensure clear communication across UX, UI, product, and engineering. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and relevant performance metrics to provide transparency to stakeholders. Maintain alignment with design system guidelines and ensure the UX/UI team has the structure needed to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric outcomes.
Continuously optimize processes to improve collaboration and efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or coordination roles within technology or product teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing or coordinating projects that involve UX/UI teams (no prior design background required).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design‑related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or (mainly Jira).
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (such as understanding workflows in Figma).
- General understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to facilitate communication with design and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking metrics and reporting.
- Ability to motivate and guide creative teams while maintaining structure and deadlines.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and design iterations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and creative audiences.
