We are looking to hire a Service Now Engineer – Remote who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Service Now platform for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.

We are looking for a passionate Service Now Engineer who can lead platform enhancements and ensure Service Now is aligned with IT service management and business objectives. You should also have experience in developing custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and working with modules such as ITSM, and ITOM and Service Now Service Portal.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement Service Now applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., Incident Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery).
- Service Now Service Portal:
Custom widget development, UI policies, and portal configuration. - IT Service Management (ITSM):
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules. - Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configurations, and third-party tool integrations.
- IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM): CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Experience in ITOM module.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the Service Now platform.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and module development.
- Experience with system integrations, web services, and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Availability:
- Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
