- Strong technical expertise in AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud Migration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; MBA preferred
- Leadership roles in presales or solution architecture
- Hands-on experience with data engineering stacks and ML frameworks
- Experience in multiple international markets such as US, UK, and LATAM
- AWS Solutions Architect certification or equivalent
- Certifications in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or platform-specific certifications
